Job Description / Responsibility
- Accommodate visitors, clients and job candidates.
- Listen & understand customer’s query clearly.
- Provide solution to the customers as per company policy.
- File and maintain records of every dealing issue.
- Follow-up and measure the solution status.
- Handle the cash carefully & submit it to the concern person.
- Provide daily reports to concern unit.
- Record, file and track all outgoing and incoming courier.
- Manage all matters pertaining to reception/office appearance and utilities.
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline from any reputed university.
- Age 20 to 30 year(s)
- Only females are allowed to apply.
- Excellent communication and telephone skills (fluent, spoken and written English).
- Good computer skills – efficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Administration skills.
- Friendly personality – approachable, outgoing, assertive.
- Good organisational skills: ability to prioritize, follow up and multi-task.
- Flexible and resourceful at problem-solving.
- Tk. 16000 – 18000
